If you are connected to an accounting platform, your cash balance should automatically import in once the sync is complete. If you are not connected to an accounting platform, follow the steps below to learn how to adjust your beginning cash balance.

Step 1: Go to your Actuals Section of Finmark.

Step 2: Select the "Cash" tab in the Actuals section, then set the date picker to the month prior to the beginning cash balance adjustment.

Step 3: In the ending cash balance cell, double click and enter the beginning cash balance amount. This will automatically adjust the beginning cash balance for the following month.
