In the Revenue section, click the Stripe icon.
On the Stripe connection page, provide your Stripe credentials to initiate the connection. This ensures secure and authorized access to your Stripe account data.
If you have multiple Stripe accounts, select the specific Stripe account that you want to connect to your Finmark company.
Note: You can only connect one Stripe account to each company. After selecting the Stripe account, you will be redirected to the Settings page. Finmark begins the process of syncing your revenue data from Stripe.
You can monitor the status of the data sync and also trigger a manual sync if needed. To do this, click the Options icon on the Settings page and select the Initiate Sync link.
Once the sync is complete, you can navigate to the Revenue section. Here, you'll find a revenue mapping table that displays your Stripe revenue data, properly organized and ready for mapping.
How does the Stripe integration work?
Automatic Data Pull: Once your Stripe account is connected to your Finmark company, the integration works seamlessly. Finmark automatically retrieved all completed (non-draft) invoices from your Stripe account on a regular basis.
Invoice Types and Cadence: The system captures both one-time invoices and recurring invoices. Recurring invoices are pulled based on the following cadence options: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. This flexibility allows you to accurately map your revenue recognition over time.
Sync Frequency: The integration automatically fetches invoice data from your Stripe account every 24 hours. This ensures that your revenue mapping table in Finmark remains up-to-date and reflects the latest revenue information.
