Scenario Comparison for Reports

Learn how to compare your reports with scenario comparison

In Finmark, you can compare your reports with Finmark's scenario comparison.

To compare reports to different scenarios, start by going to the Reports Section.

Step 1: In the top left-hand corner of your main menu, find the scenario management section and follow the prompts below:


Have your main scenario selected in the selected scenario drop-down.

Next, click the drop-down menu under compare scenarios and select the scenario you are comparing to.

Step 2: In the reports section, set the calendar dates with the date picker at the top right-hand corner of your screen to set your timeline view and then perform a scenario comparison for any of the following reports:


  • Profit & Loss Summary

  • Cash Flow Statement

  • Balance Sheet (Available with Connected ERP/Accounting Solution)

  • Vendor Spend Report (Available with Connected ERP/Accounting Solution)

Additional Features:

  • To hide the variance, click the box to the right of "Show Variance"

  • To hide all Zero Rows (Rows without data) click the options button, and select "Hide Zero Rows"
