Finmark provides an intuitive dashboard with out-of-the-box calculations of your key performance indicators that you have the ability to interact with.

The Dashboard lets you visualize your historical and forecasted key financial metrics, such as:

NOTE: Visualize a specific time range for your metrics using the date picker. Explore your financial data using tools within the Finmark Console.

Runway

Runway shows your historical and forecasted cash balance, including key details such as:

  • Cash Balance - Cash balance at the beginning of the month (Previous month ending cash balance - the previous month burn rate)

  • Burn Rate - Total expenses - (minus) revenue for the month

  • Revenue - Monthly Revenue Growth based on your revenue forecasts entered in the revenue section

  • Total Expenses - Total expenses for the selected month (Includes both Payroll + Non-Payroll expenses)

Monthly Burn Rate

The monthly Burn Rate provides a breakdown of your negative free cash flow each month.

Total Revenue

Total Revenue displays your total new revenue monthly along with Total New Revenue, Recurring Revenue, and Non-Recurring Revenue.

New Revenue

Provides a monthly breakdown of your Total New MRR, Total New Revenue, and Total New Customers.

Total Expenses

Total Expenses displays a monthly breakdown of total expenses by expense class/department.

Total Payroll

Total Payroll displays your total payroll costs and headcount

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) is how much it costs you to acquire one new customer.

It is the sum of Sales and Marketing Expenses over the selected time period / # of new customers added in a selected time period.

Gross Margin shows your company’s Net Revenue -(minus) your Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

How much revenue one customer generates for your business over time.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) payback is the number of months it will take to recover the cost of acquiring a customer (your break-even point).
