Finmark out of the box KPIs:

Custom KPIs:

  • ARR - MRR * 12

    • Revenue.MRR.Total*12

  • Customer Retention Cost - Total Customer Success Expenses / Number of Active Customers

    • (Expenses.CustomerSuccess.Total+Payroll.SalesMarketing.CustomerSuccess.Total)/Customers.Total

  • Conversion Rate - New Customers / Total Leads

    • Customers.New/Custom.TotalLeads

      • NOTE: This includes a step of creating a custom variable for your total leads

  • Lead Velocity Rate - (Leads in Current month - Leads in prior month / leads in prior month)

    • (Custom.TotalLeads-Custom.TotalLeads[-1])/Custom.TotalLeads[-1]

    • NOTE: This will provide value when updating your actual lead counts vs forecasted lead generation.
